Researchers poised to visit IsoLab and use it's facilities, and do not have a UWNetID, will need to:

1. Fill out this UW form and return it to Andy.
2. Be familiar with the laboratory layout.
3. Know what to do in case of an emergency.
4. Read all appropriate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
