IsoLab has hosted interns annually from high school or college levels to help PIs and their students with specific research questions. Internships are designed to give the participant complete practice in a research project. Students start with background reading to gain familiarity with the topic, work in IsoLab on sample preparation and analysis, use data analysis software to investigate and summarize data, and write up their results into a presentation for their host institution or here at UW.
