Art Experiments in the Freezer

We are proud to have supported Seattle artist Anna McKee in her successful bid to travel to Antarctica through the National Science Foundation Artist and Writers Program. Anna has spent time in our lab drawing ice cores and most recently, creating a multimedia art installation using data and samples from our isotope analysis of ice cores from the WAIS Divide Ice Core Project.

Take a look at some of Anna's work in her online gallery, and follow her journey from our freezers and on to Antarctica on her blog.
